The Globkurier returns service is a comprehensive solution consisting of several key elements:

Returns portal zwroty.globkurier.pl
The process of generating a return code and label takes place through the website zwroty.globkurier.pl, which operates in a very simple way:

  • The customer visits zwroty.globkurier.pl — for example, via a link in your store’s tab.

  • They fill out a short automated form.

  • The system generates a return code or label, which is sent to the customer’s email address.

  • The customer drops off the return at a selected point.

  • You can track the return in your panel from the moment it is registered until it is handed back to your employees or your warehouse.

The whole system operates 24/7 and does not require any contact either with your employees or with us. The solution is simple, fast, and ready to implement immediately!

Want to redirect users directly to the returns form?

After setting up your account in the system, we will send you an HTML code to insert on your website — for example, in the “Returns,” “Complaints,” or “Customer Service” section.

The code will contain a unique link opening a dedicated page zwroty.globkurier.pl/your-store-name in a new browser window. This way, your customers can quickly and conveniently return products without needing to contact customer service.

Return label
Automatically generated during the shipment ordering process to the customer — ready to print or use in a mobile app (if offered by the carrier). The label contains all necessary data, ensuring the return proceeds smoothly and without errors.

To generate a return label, choose the option “Other” → “Return label” in the “Shipment settings” section, which will expand after entering the sender’s and recipient’s shipment details.

Remember that the fee for the return shipment is charged only when the recipient decides to send it back. If the shipment is not returned, you do not incur any costs!

International return points
We enable return shipments not only in Poland but also from many European countries. Thanks to a wide network of points and cooperation with reputable carriers, your customers can return products conveniently to local return addresses.
