How to activate the e-commerce plugin?
Choose the appropriate integration module:
- In your store’s admin panel, go to the plugins or modules section.
- Search for and select the Globkurier module compatible with your e-commerce platform (e.g. WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Shopify, Magento, Shoper, BaseLinker).
- Download and prepare the module files for installation, or install the module directly from the platform’s repository.
Install the module:
- Install the module according to the instructions provided with the installation file or in the platform’s documentation. If needed, contact Globkurier technical support (integracje@globkurier.pl).
Connect your store with your Globkurier account and configure the integration:
- In the module settings, enter your Globkurier account details (e.g. API key or login and password).
- Select preferred carriers, set shipping label templates, and printing options.
- You can also specify weight limits and other shipping preferences.
- Place a test order to ensure everything works correctly (order data transfers automatically, and the shipping label generates without errors).
Manage shipments directly from your store panel:
- Orders now appear immediately in the store panel, ready for dispatch.
- Generate shipping labels and waybills with just one click.
- Order a courier to pick up shipments directly from the panel.
- Track shipment status in real time without needing to visit the Globkurier website.
- Everything happens automatically, without manual data entry.
How to connect orders from Marketplace:
- Go to the “Marketplace” tab and find the “Add Marketplace” link. Then select the platform you want to connect (e.g., Allegro, eBay, Amazon).
- Enter the necessary access data and authorize the connection.
- After activating the integration, orders from the selected marketplace will automatically appear in your panel, ready for quick processing and shipment.
